Returns and Exchanges📦

At Shibumi our goal is your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If the product is different than what you expected or the size received is not yours, this is our return and exchange policy.

Returns

You have 15 days to make the return from the moment you have received your order.

The return of the products will give rise to a refund equal to the purchase price of the returned product (s), except that a promotional purchase voucher has been used, in which case it will be discounted. The amount of shipping costs, if any, will not be reimbursed.

To make the return, the product must be unused and in perfect condition, including accessories, documentation and original packaging.

In the case of defective products, or that do not correspond to the order placed, you must make the return through our collection system.

To make the return you must follow the following steps:

1. Contact the customer service department via email hello@shibumishop.com, indicating the following information:
   • - Order number.
   • - Name and surname.
   • - Product you want to return.
   • - Reason for the return.
2. Once we have received your return request, we will confirm, by email, within 1 to 3 working days, the instructions regarding the preparation of the package.
3. Once the merchandise has been received and the status of the product has been checked, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount.

Changes

If any product does not meet your expectations or you need a size change, you must process your return to obtain a refund, following our return instructions and proceed to make a new purchase if you are interested in another product or size. The conditions and prices in force at the time of purchase of the new product will apply.
