Healthy recipe: Zucchini wrap!

For this reason, we bring you a new publication where we will explain step by step a healthy recipe that is also delicious and very simple to prepare. We are talking about: Zucchini wrap!
Where does the recipe come from?
The recipe went viral last year (2021) in Tiktok. The original video publication was uploaded by Jorge Saludable, an influencer that uses the platform to share a healthy lifestyle.
Ingredients
- Zucchini.
- Parmesan cheese.
- 4 eggs.
- Philadelphia cream cheese.
- Tomato.
- Avocado.
Zucchini wrap step by step
- Grate a whole zucchini in a bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- We squeeze the Zucchini’s liquid with our hands or leave it for a few minutes in a colander.
- Add 100g of Parmesan cheese and 4 eggs to the zucchini.
- Beat until there is a uniform mixture.
- Prepare a baking tray with baking paper.
- Pour the mixture into the tray.
- With a utensil (for example: a fork) stretch the mixture until it is uniform throughout the tray.
- Bake at 180º, approximately 15 minutes.
- Let cool and remove from the tray and paper.
- Fill to taste. You can add, for example:
- Philadelphia cream cheese.
- Tomatoes
- Avocado
- Roll it up.
